Take 1 tablet twice a day, half an hour before each of your two main meals.

Contains: Emblica extract, bitter melon extract, white mulberry extract, and chromium picolinate.

Content of key ingredients - average values for the maximum recommended daily dose of 2 tablets:
- Emblica fruit dry extract (standardised to 15% tannins) - 400 mg
- tannin content - 60 mg
- Bitter melon fruit dry extract (standardised to 3% carantines) - 300 mg
- carantine content - 9 mg
- White mulberry leaf dry extract (standardised to 5% 1-DNJ) - 240 mg
- 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) content - 12 mg
- Chromium picolinate - 660 μg
- chromium content - 80 μg (200% NRV)
